Our Key Management Staff

John Ngan

Head of Operations, IPO/RTO Consulting, Fund Raising, Audit and Advisory

John Ngan is our Head of Operations, IPO/RTO Consulting, Fund Raising, Audit and Advisory. He is also the founder of the Group and has extensive experience in Corporate Finance (IPO/RTO Consulting and Fund Raising), Accounting, Taxation and External Audit. John Ngan has 10 years of audit experience, which includes overseas experiences in China, Malaysia and Brunei together with 4 years of commercial experience.

From August 2008 to April 2011, he was the Chief Financial Officer of AVA Global Holdings Limited, Kading International Limited and China Stationery Limited. He was in charge of overseeing their respective financial and accounting functions as well as corporate finance activities. From September 1999 to August 2008, he was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an audit manager as well as an audit senior with KPMG LLP, Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton LLP and Yap Eng & Co.

John obtained his professional accounting qualifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”). He is a fellow member of the ACCA and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He also obtained a Diploma in Business Administration.

Lucas Lee

Head of Financial Reporting and Taxation

Lucas Lee is our head of Financial Reporting (Including Exempt Financial Statements) and Taxation Services. Lucas Lee is also the founder of our Group and has 6 years of audit experiences, and 2 years in commercial experiences.

Prior to joining our Group, he was an Audit Senior with Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton LLP. He was in charge of audit projects and tax assignments of companies of various sizes.

Lucas Lee obtained his professional accounting qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”). He is an affiliate member of the ACCA and a affiliate member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He graduated with a honours degree from Hertfordshire University, England.

Sincere Goh

Accounts, Goods and Services Tax and Payroll

Sincere Goh is the head of Administration, Human Resource department as well as other business development units. Sincere Goh has about 10 years of commercial experience and about 4 years of business and business development experience.

Prior to joining our group, she was an accountant, accounts executive with various companies dealing in travel, trading, events management, engineering and beverage industries. She is in charge of the daily accounts record, adminstration and cash management of the companies.

Sincere Goh obtained a Diploma in Certified Accounting Technician (“CAT”) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”). She is an affiliate member of the CAT-ACCA.

Alvin Ang

Head of Internal Audit and Advisory

Alvin Ang is our Head of Internal Audit and Advisory. He has extensive experience in Internal Audit, including Audit on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, External Audit and Accounting. Alvin has 11 years of audit experiences and 4 years of commercial experience.

Prior to joining our Group, Alvin had been with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as audit manager for external audit and internal audit. Alvin was also stationed in China as the Chief Financial Officer of a Hong Kong group of companies in the manufacturing and chemical industries.

Alvin obtained his professional accounting qualifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Alvin is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore.
